Print with strong, flexible filament to create spare parts, artworks and 3D models. TPU98A premium filament is easy to use for high-speed printing on both direct and Bowen style 3D printers. TPU98A filament has exceptionally high heat resistance (138℃) and can be stretched as far as 450% before reaching breaking point. TPU98A filament does not require the use of a heated bed and can even be printed straight onto glass.

PA-CX12@df needs to be dried for best 3D printing results. A standard air-circulated oven is sufficient. A guideline for drying is 2-3 hours at 110-130˚C for 100 gram (Please take care to remove the spool holding the filament as it will melt at much lower temperatures). Recommended temperature for heated bed is 80-100˚C or even higher.

PA-CX12@df will not bond perfectly to glass, but adheres well to a variety of “print stickers” and other bed adhesives. PA-CX12@df can be used on most common desktop FDM or FFF technology 3D printers.

Extremely flexible, the TPU98A filament can be used as vibration dampers, prosthetics or even orthopaedic insoles. Trust our premium TPU98A filament to create the best results every time. An excellent material choice for your next 3D printing project.

Full of moisture

Dec 04, 2019

As the other reviewer wrote: there was no silica gel in the sealed bag it came in (and the bag itself isn't re-sealable).
When I tried printing with it the first time it was obvious that it had a lot of moisture in it, since the nozzle was spluttering and shooting out small puffs of steam.
Which naturally also affected the print quality a lot.
So I put the entire spool in the oven at 50c for a few hours and then it actually printed fairly well.
At 98A it is a pretty rigid rubber, if you print with more than 2 perimeters, so don't expect a super squishy object.

TPU98A Premium?

Dec 03, 2018

Was very happy when my order arrived, so today I thought that I would open my filament and give ot a try
The box looks very smart with filament details printed on it and sealed in plastic so far so good, opened the box and there was my filament perfectly vacuum sealed great
So broke the seal on the filament and thought hang on theres something strange about this and then it came to me
There was no silica gel desiccant in the vacuum bag with the filament never before have I seen this hopefully it was just a one off and somebody has forget to add it I have 3 more filaments to still open
Back to this and the filament is also badly wound around the spool not a great start
Tried a couple of small prints and so far everything is find will have to wait and see what happens on a longer print
