i am now using these motors on a q450 quadcopter frame. afro 30 am escs (overkill) 9x4.5 three blade prop and 3s 2600 40c lipo battery. i have the KK2 board with 1.6 firmware. around 9 to 10 minutes flight time with warm batteries and motors. may last review wasn't positive but now i like these motors for video. just smooth and efficient. my problem earlier was a heavy frame. it's great now. i like flying my quad.

I am running this mtor in a small sukhoi with a 9x4.7 E prop and 3S 1000mah Nano battery pack. The model flied supersonic from a handlaunch. Performance is ballistic and sooo quiet. If you have a small model (eg 24 inch wingspan) this is the motor for you. I am very impressed with it, so much co that I want another, unfortunately it is out of stock at present.

i've had a couple flights using 3s and 4s lipo batteries. the flight was stable with 3s and lower P gain 35. with 4s my quad fly stable with an increased P gain on my KK2.0 board of 80. the down side was hotter motors and battery. i won't use 4s again. the motors run smoother than my ntm 28-26 motors. but not as powerful. good motors for taking videos. i'm using a 9x4.7 prop. no 10 inch props. the motors run warm to hot depending of the way i fly with 9 inch props.

prop saver was not a match for shaft it was tight got stuck
i'd recommend order an accessory pack with it as well, good to have that with this motor.
what i like most in this motor is that it's good for the rugged use :)

Mine works well with 9x4.7 props but gets warm/hot pulling only 10-12Amps.

With 10x4.5 props has many users said it works well, with mine (4 motors) all get really hot unly after a minute of flying so I don't advise 10x4.5 props on this ones.

Good performance for the price, but not as good as many users say... at least for the 4 I got.

Works pretty good, I bought a few of them. The accessories are also very handy.

The shaft is very soft metal for the prop adapter. With very little pressure the threads striped
