have In stockhave In stockI have x2 of these installed in my Venom King of Shaves C1 34' twin, running on 6s x2 2040kv Leopard motor prop three blade 36mm P.4 and its fast and no heat issues, time will tell if esc will continue to perform but so far they are great :)easy to program , and set up .. seems to give plenty of power to the motor , running mine on a HK Princess using 4s 500mah np .Best thing is its fully waterproof :)Highly recommended. Waterproof, robust, and resilient. Heavy.
For operating instructions look under the equivalent 90A modelGreat ESC for the low price,
but you should buy the Hobbyking Boat esc programming card, without it is a mess to program the escHow do I program this thing. Bought the program card and it steps through items 1 to 6 press ok and I still only get forward throttle on my spectrum receiver ala aeroplane.
The program card would not work on a 6 v receiver pack, had to connect it with the sc throttle channel and a 3s power pack on the sc and still only forward throttle.
No instructions to download either.I love this esc, It didnt come with instructions, but most hobbyking esc's dont. That didnt worry me because it was easy to setup just like a normal esc. It's very big which is good because it stays cool easily but it also means you have limited space in your boat. Overall i think this esc is great.I am running a 3674 1950kv motor on 6s turning a x440 prop with this esc. So far it has worked flawlessly. I like that it is fully waterproof in case of any mishaps. Great esc for the money.Won't be able to test until water is soft. Appearance is excellent, setup and programming with box is simple. Size is very robust for 120 amp esc but, I'm not complaining because that means the full aluminum case will sink a lot of heat. It almost looks like a big brother esc compared to the AQ UL-1 esc, Caps are 3 470uF ZLH Rubycon capacitors, that's nice. My friend runs the 90Amp ver. in his 29" mono with UL-1 motor on 4S and never skips a beat so I hope this one is even tougher! Will come bacl later with test results.
