Its no “Mystery” where these ESCs are made, now they are available to you at HobbyKing prices.
Built with imported N-Channel mosFET's and an ultra fast Atmel MCU & heartbeat make this a high performance ESC with excellent sync capabilities. This ESC has a 3A BEC for solid reliable servo power.
Programmable via an R/C controller. It allows you to program all functions to fit your specific needs, which makes it efficient and user friendly.
Extremely low internal resistance
Super smooth and accurate throttle linearity
Over heat and over-load protection
Auto shut down when signal is lost or radio interference becomes severe for more than 2 seconds
Supports high RPM motors
Power arming protection (prevents the motor from accidentally running when switched ON)
New Advanced programming software
Brake setting (we recommend using brake for only folding props applications)
Battery type(LiPo or NiCd/NiMh)

Similar as Mystery ESC, I have used both of them and honestly I didn't find any differences. Now HK is not selling Mystery ESC anymore so I am buying this HK BlueSeries ESC and expect one ESC not a single one have failed yet. If you can keep your load less than 70% it will last very long, do not get very hot. Totally recommended. That´s a ESC you can trust to perform and work properly over long period of time. Had these in different planes and multicopters and they never let me down.
Impressed so far, maybe change the capicator to a bigger one apart from that good value for money.
5*****I have four of these. Two units only have two lm2940 voltage regulators which would be a 2amp BEC. The other two have three of the regulators for the advertised 3amp bec. They mystery brand only are rated at 2amp so I am guessing some of the mystery boards have been swapped into the HK product without realizing the difference unless HK recently changed their spec. These do flash easily with BLHeli and the chip programmer (usbasp) method. It seems copy of mystery blue series esc which is one of the best esc in china. Before I never bought this copy esc if mystery esc were in stock.. But it seems they don't want to re-stock mystery esc anymore to promote their own brand, so this is first time I am have bought this, lets see how it works, but mystery esc are much more cheaper if you can get directly from the manufacturer.I'm amazed at the quality of this esc. Works excellent............................................good quality esc. I don't think these are any less quality than their bigger siblings, I heard they make decent multirotor esc after flashed with simonkGreat little speed controller worked a treat with my Funfighter spitfire due to mine being delivered faulty.I bought 4 of these thinking I could flash them with the Turnigy USB linker - Trying to use Rapid Flash and it fails....what tool do I need to flash these?I really love these (and mystery 20A ESCs) for 250 to 360 size quads.
Flashing SimonK firmware always works, and they preform great.
Most times I remove the original shrink wrap, flash them, solder motor wires directly, and then re-shrink.
If I remember correctly this needs a 20mm shrink tube, perhaps 18mm.
