High rotation speed and power with 3S, very powerfull for the low mass (Really 28g with connectors). 17620 rpm with 5X5 APC clone Hobbyking, 11,46A 127,2W, tested on a Microjet, may be good for a Radjet 800 or a small racer. Never hot.
2 points to control : windings very close of the rotor, if you have that, unmount rotor and move the windings, easy to do.
Use the 4 fixation points, lightness is obtained with very thin mechanic cross and vibrations with only 2 or 3 fixation points and bad balanced propeller could be dangerous.

Good power for the Reaktor 3D! On a 8x4 prop and 2s 460 mAh Turnigy Nano-Tech Lipo!

Nice and cheap little motor!

Very good Outrunner!

Tested with GWS EP 8*4 at typical 2s battery voltages:

6.5V 9.8A 420gram of thrust.

7.0V 10.8A 465 gram

7.6V 12.3A 527 gram

One of the best I ever tested.

Great little motor. I'm using on a 320g Reaktor 3D EPP and the raw power on tap is awesome. I'm a retired engineer and usually quite critical of any flaws in a motor design, but they got this one absolutely perfect. I abuse the sheeeet out of it and it keeps on ticking. A-plus!!!!

I have 4 of these for my quadcopter.

My friend also have 4 of these for his quad.

All of them works well, and have done so for a number of flights...

The prop saver on this thing is a bit aquard.

It has a very huge diamter (about 7mm), so you will have to drill all props. The rubber rings are also a bit huge for GWS propps.

The mounting plate is very soft, which is a good thing though...

It bends at a crash, and can easily be bent back. It seem to be almost impossible to bend the shaft!

Very small connectors on the wire. And the wires are lacquered all way.

So they are a bit hard to solder...

I have 3 of these, and they have much power but the quality is poor.
All of they have burned after a short flight, i used TowerPro 18a ESC, 2a Nano-Tech and 7x5 SF propeller.

Great powerful motor.

I use it with an 4.5*4.6 Turnigy-prop, an 20Amps. Hobbyking ESC. and an 3S. 460mah nanotech baterry.

It is installed in a Homebuild-racer. The speed is not exsessiv, but the thrust is over 200gr.

Perfect motor for a small price.
