    Product Description

    This upgrade motor mount kit allows you to run a wide range of motor sizes on your Bixler/Bixler 2 airplane. This is ideal for use with FPV applications which may require a larger diameter motor/propeller. It simply bolts on in place of the original motor mount, and features an alloy bracket for mounting the new motor. It not only allows for the use of larger motors, it also raises the height of the motor from the fuselage allowing for more propeller clearance. 

    This kit includes all necessary hardware.

    Easy to fit. I used a couple of long M3 bolts with nyloc nuts, instead of the supllied self tappers, to attach it to the installed motor mount. Looking forward to trying some different motors and props now.

    Looks sturdy, though I didn't get the bixler in the end because the glue triples the cost of shipping. Going to use this to build a custom wing I guess.

    I used this with bix3 and it fits great
    very good way to have bigger motor installed on that plane without missing around with the thrust angle.

    I fit this on bix3 and it works fine. it will allows you to have bigger motor and prop. useful if you're in fpv

    The wooden extensions are totally crap. 2 of the 4 i use, broke on second flight and made my bix hard land :/
    Bolts are larger than the stock mount and they can damage it (yes, now i have the upper side (meaning 2 bolt holes) of the stock mount, broken).
    The aluminum one, which cannot be found in HK, just worth every single penny spent on it.
    Don't buy this, unless you want to find it out, the hard way!
