Very nice quality for the price... Flies beautifully, and balanced. I use 45a ESC , EMAX GT2218/09 312W motor with 9x6 prop and 3S 2200 mah battery.

NOTE the flying weight of the model is 990g with my setup. NOT the 520g what website says!!!! Please correct it.

Also the provided cd containing building instructions is completely useless... If you are a beginner in flying models, you will get to troubles with building...

Great plane, flys well. Instructions suck but the quality to price ratio is great. Twitchy on the controls so watch you expo and rates. Kit goes together well too.

Great plane overall, flies well, assembling isn't too bad if you've done it before. Not for beginners though. Used a turnigy park 450 1200kv motor with 25amp esc and a 9x6 prop. 2200 mah battery gets 12 min flight times. Not quite enough power to hover, but I have about 15g ballast in the nose, so a bigger motor would fit just fine. Snap rolls, stall spins, hammerheads, and flies inverted pretty well. Be careful with too aggressive maneuvers, the tail seems a bit flimsy and might need a spar, but it hasn't caused me any problems yet. If you're flying off anything but smooth pavement, get thicker wheels. Next project is to add smoke emitters to the undercarriage, maybe I'll take a video after that!

Please HobbyKing Flying Weight 520g information is WRONG !!! The correct information Flying Weight is about 900g! I made the purchase based on this information and now my engine is not enough! More responsibility!

Je suis globalement du par la finition du modle. Les commandes tel la profondeur est pas trs pais, l'entoilage est trs moyen et le mode d'emploi est comme inexistant.
J'ai mme d refaire un mode d'emploi tellement celui qui est livr est incomplet.
Maintenant, je ne sais pas encore ce qu'il donne en vol n'ayant pu le tester en vol.

Got this plane in the recent "free shipping" sale. Not sure I would have gotten it if I had to add $70 in shipping and custom fees, so thanks HK.

It's decent enough. Needs quite a bit of work to tighten up the covering job, and some glue joints need attention. The tail surfaces will need reinforcement they're way too thin and flimsy to stand up to violent 3D maneuvers (I will add a carbon spar). Nice touch, though, all the control surfaces are pre-hinged, just glue it together. Manual is poor but anyone who assembled a plane before will do just fine.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
