Habe den Modell Ständer schon einige Zeit im EInsatz und muss sagen er ist einfach TOP.
Musste die Rohre aber festkleben (ohne Probleme machbar).
Hätte gerne noch einen zweiten, aber leider schon länger ausverkauft :-(
Hoffe HK nimmt den wieder ins Programm (könnte / müsste ~5 für weitere Clubkollegen bestellen).
Kann ihn wirklich empfehlen ;-)
Er ist sowohl für kleinere Modelle und auch für größere (1,8m Piper Rumpf / Trainer / Dogfighter / Segler etc. etc.) geeignet.....

Can I disassemble it

Yes all that is required is 4 x 8mm nuts take the corners off and they make a snugg fit in the joining tubes fix with epoxy then drill the end cheeks to accept 8mm bolts now it comes to bits no trouble.If you build planes it is simple.

NICEPRODUCT FOR THE PRICE WELL CONSTRUCTED ONLY THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO GLUE IN THE 2 BLACK RODS NOT REALY PRACTICAL AS WILL HAVE TO STAY ASSEMBLED AND THEN YOU CANNOT PULL APART IF YOU WANT TO STORE IT.

The design is straightforward. The two tubes connect via inserting in the laminated end pieces. I bought this medium and the large size, both have no provision for retaining the tubes in position in the ends. Most designs would provide an insert in the tube with through bolt to clamp it in position. This had nothing other than a too lose press fit so I simply glued them in place with Gorilla Glue. Spray some water to accelerate the bond and drying so they become one assembly. The CNC routing of the wood was nicely done but the edges were sharp which required some rounding over with sandpaper. ]

Both sizes (medium and large) are fully adjustable. Well done other than lacking a key design element (fastening the tubes) and holes for the tubes too large for a press fit.

This is a great stand super well made very strong and worth the money. However I recommend gluing the rods in because the smelliest movement and they come out.

Excellent quality stand, very easy to put together and strong construction. I have both the medium and large versions. In my opinion, the medium size is suitable for almost all aircraft. I have a Skywalker and Gliderman and both fit balanced on the medium stand. I would make a recommendation to fill each hole the carbon rods slot into, with lots of hot glue. This will make it very strong as without any glue they will have a tendancy to come loose. Happy flying!

Brilliant. I got this for use on the workbench when fitting out my models. Simple to put together. Light and strong. I may get its bigger brother for use at the field.
