There is plenty of rad in the RadJet-800! With it's amazing price, EPO foam and being Plug and Fly, this brilliant model has no trouble earning the RadJet moniker.
The Radjet 800 has been tested and flown to within an inch of it's life and it performed flawlessly, not only in terms of light performance but also reliability and believe me, we tried hard to kill the test version! It's a simple build with the motor, ESC an servo's pre-installed, even the decals are pre-applied! It has several impressively simple and practical features such as the plastic skid on the length of the underside of the fuselage that will protect your Radjet from the usual tears and gouges, servo arm protectors on the wings, effective cooling for the ESC & Lipoly and so on.....and it's how much?
But, it doesn't stop there, oh no! What's it like to fly? Utterly brilliant! The light flying weight means that the outrunner motor gives tons of performance, the Radjet will pull massive loops and is capable of some pretty precise aerobatics, it's quick, no doubt about it but throttle back and it becomes a total pussycat, fly it like you stole it or glide around, either way it's a hoot! So to sum up, it looks great, it's easy to assemble, flies brilliantly, is reliable, fast and cheap....Radjet? You better believe it!

Very easy model to build and fly. Up to 8 minutes flight time on a 1300mAh 3S 25c battery. Laminated my model and now it is nearly indestructible! Excellent purchase for the price! This plane is a little beauty when you get the COG correctly. In order to get the COG right, I cut out the foam section covering the ESC and pulled everything as far back as possible, I then replaced the foam, raising it slightly to allow ventilation and cooling of the ESC and motor. I also carved out some of the foam in the fuselage to allow the battery to sit further back. The only change I will make to this going forward is to add a folding prop.Seems like a good deal, everything in order and worked. Flew well, fast and tracked well. Had to do some fairly major surgery to get the 1300 mah battery far enough back in fuselage to get proper cg. On this model you need correct cg for hand launch. Don't buy if you are not good at hand launch. I crashed about half the time and had to do several repairs. I think it launches a bit easier at 3/4 throttle. Lost it due to a faulty rx, and since it had already been patched up several times due to bad hand launches, I will not try to repair again. Not sure why this review comes in as "5 crowns" when I gave it four on all ratings (??)Great plane for the money fast flite stable and durableFast little plane.. funDie Qualitt ist fr das kleine Geld wirklich ordentlich.
Fr den Notfall habe ich mir schon einen zweiten bestellt ... ich will nie wieder ohne sein :)what can i say - I LOVE IT !
great airframbe very staible and flies great
make sure you check the cg before - battety needs to put all the way back
you wont regrat it!Great plane..no complaints..get cg right and it flies great..i set mine up with 6x4 prop, 1300 40c 3s, pushing 14 amps 165 watts, seems like it runs around 65-70mph stock.I also run it with a 4s 1000mah 25c, 6x4 prop, stock esc, stock motor, pushing 17 amps, 245 watts, around the 90mph range. the difference in the 3s and 4s is great. if you want to fly a little slow run the 3s, if you want a little speed, just drop the 4s in there!!the weight difference is minimal as long as you run a 1000mah 4s 25c discharge. any higher c rating you may go over esc rating at 20 amps. I have around 8 flights on it so far,, I have been launching it like a Frisbee around 70pcnt throttle..I havn't launched it from the hand holds yet. i'm afraid to get my hand near that prop.. I plan on changing out esc to a 40 amp and getting a bigger c rated 4s to try in it next.. its a well built plane. I'm very surprised by the price for what you get!!! I didn't run it with the stock props, they seemed like they had to much flex and might not perform as good and might break on landings.. 5 stars for this guy,, It wont disappoint!Nice/ fast plane!
But, its nose is a bit fragile, also, I had to push a bit the batterie into the fuselage to reach the correct gravity center. Nothing really serious at the end.perfecto ,vuela de maravilla jejejejjeje
