I do like the way it reacts and drives the motor. Don't forget to buy a program card, you cannot set it up with out, If you need to, I had, motor must get reversed.

Works perfect with Trackstar 540 21.5t motor 9192000034.
Easily programming with program card "HobbyKing X-Car Program Card for Car ESC 35A/45A/60A" 9164000046-0.
Very satisfied so far. Ventillator runs more or less all the time.
Highly recommended, awsome price!

very simple, but reliable ESC, I use it for my sons 1/10 rally cars and for Gmade Komodo expedition car too. Very sensitive feeling on throtle.

Low speed modulation is incredible. Used in my Blaze with a 13.5 motor with 2s.

Correct programming card

HobbyKing X-Car Beast Series LCD Program Card 9164000031-0 is the correct programming card for this Esc. Had purchased Card recommended by hobbyking and did not work. Was sent a new card because they thought it was defective. Never worked. Had all but given up on this Esc until Marc's review. Thought I'd give it a try, and sure enough, it worked. No issues at all. Plug in you throttle ( black ,white and red),plug in battery, turn on esc and press programming card button after a few secs and there you have all options available.
P.s This Esc seems to be smoother at low speeds compared to my cheaper Hobbyking 45amp esc. Happy with it now.

The esc is compact, works well. Great for crawlers, 17.5 racing. I'm using a 4wd buggy with a 3300kv motor and that works fine. Only problem is that the program card listed for this is wrong. Hello . Unfortunately, this ECS can not be programmed with the SKU programmable SKU card: 9164000032-0 or any other available in HK, which makes ECS useless. HK help also can not solve this problem !!

Finally with what program card work this esc ?? With HobbyKing HKSS/X-Car Beast Series LED Display Program Card (9164000032-0) not work, only red led is on and no value... all witch buy this card, have the same problem ...
Any help to setup the esc with card ?

Very good value with the HKKS programer. Hobbyking has been out of stock on the programer, but 11.00 at amazon. While waiting on program card, I had to run an outrunner and a inrunner on it without the sensor to reverse motors due to wierd transmission. Anyway, sensorless starts better than most, and once I got the card, I was able to reverse rotation in software, making the sensor usable on a reverse plumbed motor. Very good value .
