The Radjet Ultra offers easy assembly, multiple power system options and wicked good looks. Constructed from durable EPO foam and reinforced with carbon fiber, this is one tough airplane. The wing features a large carbon fiber wing spar to ensure no flex during high speed flight.

This model is unique because it offers the user three different power system options. It can be powered by a traditional pusher setup, twin 55mm EDF or single 64mm EDF. The choice is yours. The airframe is very rigid allowing it to handle extreme speeds of 100+MPH, so don't be afraid to add some serious power!

Be sure to check out the flight video above. We used the Quanum GPS logger to show just how fast this model can fly!

Features:
• "Almost Ready to Fly" format, add your own electronics, radio system and batteries
• Three power system options, can be configured as a pusher setup, twin 55mm or single 64mm EDF
• Tough EPO foam construction
• Bright colors for easy orientation in the air
• Easy assembly

Serious nose up problem as others have reported. CG in book is way off. I wrote a detailed report of my findings in the discussion part. Great plane quality. Very sturdy and solid. Definitely not as fast as my 121 mph, 3s Funjet due to it not being very streamline because of the three configuration setup at the back that creates a lot of drag. Since I realized it wasn't going to beat my Funjet for speed I decided to go EDF setup and because everybody else was doing pusher setup. My setup: Cyclone Power CS450-4500kv 2868 motor in a RcLander alloy, 6 blade fan, Turnigy 2200mah 4s, 60amp Turnigy esc, 54 peak amps @ 16.5v producing 762 watts. This setup was clocked at 85mph. Very disappointed not to break the 100mph barrier. Plus it ballooned my new battery up. Just received my new Turnigy 2.25mah nanotech 65-130c battery. Hopefully I will be able to report back with faster speeds.

She is a nice looking bird. Bigger and heavier than the RJ800..Very simple to set up. I used the same setup as I used in the RJ800..
I took caution on the CoG and set it 55mm. 1st flight the launch is much smoother than the screaming RJ800 The throw are at 65pcnt with 48pcnt expo. Found her still tail heavy. but flyable. Re-set the CoG to 46mm and now she is perfect. low speed flight is VERY stable. Painted the under side fluro red as you cant see top or bottom.
Speed run was disappointing. I thought she would a bit slower than the RJ800 but not that slow.

4cell 1.8A 90C, 60A speedie, Aerodrive 2836 3000k, APC 4.5x4.5, draw 56 amps no wind very humid max speed 138klms.

same set up but with a APC 4.75x4.74 draw 76A wind now 10kts max speed over a 5.5klm run was 170klms. This was only in short burst as the speedie gets very hot. Flight time was about 6 mins at 1/3 2/3 throttle...
She is a very well behaved at low and mid power.
This bird is much slower than the RJ800 which I clocked at 230 klms with this set up..
Have some more motors to try.

Installed a 64 mm edf and a HK 50amp esc. This thing is a screamer ! Flies really nice. Got 12 flights on it now at 6 minutes each. Very fast very stable even at slow speed for landing, love it ! Put fibreglass or duct tape on belly for asphalt landings.

This plane arrived very well packed. I went with a 4s set up 3000 kv NTM and 2200 nanotecks. Put it together and bench tested today. I got 800 watts,55 amps running a 5x5 prop. To windy to maiden today so will try in the morning and see how she flys. 5 crowns all round so far.
