this propellers have not 3.2 pitch more likely 5 or a 6.
My test with 210 W 1400KV motor 3S battery the power input was around 290W .
From the eCalculator it should be 180W. Calculated with 6 pitch the result is 265W.
The Static Thrust was around 450 grams, but it should be 750 grams.

These are the few and far between 4-blade props. They are a little more flexible than desired and may unload more than expected in the air.

they are perfect. And the power is really big. My depron flys vertical with not more than 2/3 of power. ( 230g 1000mah 7,4V ). They could be used for twin engines planes. It could be good if you had pair with normal and counter rotation. )

4 Blade EP Propeller 170x51/6.

These things have great promise with a bit of engineering, chop off the front dome of the spinner and bore out the plug to fit a prop adaptor.

Use a two bladed spinner and cut out two extra slots then mount on a CF2805 or bigger and hold on tight! sounds great and loads of bite from those paddle blades.

Have one mounted on a 21'' span Sea Fury I am just finishing and really looking forward to getting it into the air,

regards,

I bought it for my Transal. Its a very good prop. with good quality. Needs about 13Amps with the "TURNIGY 28-30-azj 14A 1100Kv Brushless Outrunner" and a 2200mAh 3s Lipo.

4 Blade EP Propeller 170x80mm/

Nov 14, 2007

Very nice propellers,

run 2 pairs on with the KV1500 24g outrunners on 2S 800mAh packs for a scale flying boat and a acro flyign boat and get up to 17min flying for the scale ship and 8 for the acro bird with very high performance !

They grey conical adaptor is drilled out to fit the prop shaft and glued to the propshaft, the props are stll press fitted to teh adaptor and it works perfectly even at high power.

4 Blade EP Propeller 170x80mm/

Very cheap and good props. I have one on a depron spitfire on a homebuilt CD-rom. Just as Terence says, you have to modify it a bit. Original it has some sort of push on system. I also cut of the dome and now it fits a standard propsafer with a rubber band! :D
