not too sure if the black gears are actually worse but they don't sell the white ones so i guess i'm stuck with this unless i want to buy a whole new servo which would cost alot more (thoughs till really pretty damn cheap)

cheap replacement gear for your servos hxt900, buy more for replacement gear stok, But .. turnigy mg90s more strong when crash .. :)

definely good to have around, they fit a tower pro 9g servo. the only thing that is really needed is the second biggest gear with 8 tooth on top because it is always the one that breaks. they costs about half the complete servo, so if you strip gears a lot maybe you need a metal gear servo to spend less money

I got mine when they were still white, seems to be good quality. Crashed my HK450 few times and strip some gears, with these my servos came back to life many times, glad I ordered a bunch.
No experience of black gears.

Um otimo produto para quem usa os servos HXT900!
Como nem sempre quebram as mesmas engrenagens ja recuperei 3 servos com apenas 1 kit desse.

I've buyied it by way of precaution. And I advise people to have at least one of this replacement gear set. You never know when you will need it. It seems to be very robust this servo. If the assembly time is about 5 minutos, it is a worthwhile buying.
