It looks like a cool motor, however, the one that I have get's way to hot!!! I expected it to be red, but it came in blue. It does not spin well at all. I just disconnected from the ESC before it blew and Never used it again. The Turnigy Outrunner motors are significantly better.

Also unbedingt Prop-Gre beachten bzw. vorher messen wieviel A er tatschlich zieht.

Draws 18a from a tiny 3s/800mAh pack spinning an apc 4.1x4.1 at 25,500rpm. I had to loctite the front plate to the motor as mine came unscrewed, no other problems. Runs extremely smooth. Needs a bit of airflow to stay cool at this power level.

I bought this motor a long time ago and its still going strong. It's being used a lot on my walkera 22e. Initially I tried using the 3s lipo setup but this motor made it way too overpowered so i had to go down to 2s and now it works awesome. It might be a little heavy for micro helis but its still a really good gain in power so I give it 5 stars!!!

I'm not satisfied with this motor at all. I might have got a faulty one but it's not working right.

I hooked it my CC Phoenix 35 controller and the motor ran at very low speed and got quite hot within a minute. I tried various timing advance modes and soft start values without success.

When I rotated the shaft by hand I could feel it was clogging so I took it apart and found some semi-transparent stuff (like epoxy or coil varnish) inside...
