You've seen the Youtube videos of guys like Tsuchiya Keiichi and Manabu Orido doing their D1GP drifting. Now get in on the drift action with the Little Cosmos 4WD Drift Car. Power slide your way around corners backing out the rear in perfect control.

The Little Cosmos features a unique body shell design which is based on a real drift machine owned by a racing team in Hong Kong. The pre-painted body shell has already included all the detailed decals and even front, side and rear LED lights, giving you a remarkable appearance both in still and action.

The 4 wheel drive chassis is designed specifically for the rigors of drifting. Where a rally car or touring car is meant to optimize chassis flex for maximum traction, the drift car is designed specifically to break traction. The rear axle is solid, while the front features a differential to give better car control. The central drive shaft features an adjustable slipper clutch to help you dial in the exact amount of wheel spin you want. Hard compound slick rubber tires round out the traction element of this car. The chassis is built around a FR4 fiberglass plate rugged plastic suspsenion and bulkhead parts. Front and rear foam bumpers protect the vehicle from the bumps and bruises that is drifting. Tuning the chassis for maximum performance or personal preference is extremely easy. The Little Cosmos has adjustable camber links, shock tower positions, oil filled shocks, front/rear sway bars and even adjustable down stops. For electronics the Little Cosmos has a powerfull brushless motor and speed control already installed. We have even pre-installed a steering servo and adjustable servo saver for you.

All these features packed into a great drift car will make for hours of drifting fun. Look out world, the Little Cosmos is here!

Great car for the money. Also see alot of similar parts with other Turnigy 1/16 products. Body comes with no stickers installed. So you can customize your look.

A really cool car, fast enough. Good quality. Great lighting looks fantastic after dark, my son is thrilled. This is not 1/16, more fit on 1/10. Wheel diameter 61 mm, width 25 mm hex 12. Steering servo might have to be stronger. No rear and center differential, only the front. I use the zippy 2s LiPo 2200mAh, fit great. This is my first car to drift, and I and my son have a lot of fun with this car.

I have spent a lot of money on Hobby King 1/16 cars, and I am very disappointed with their commitment to parts support. Beware!

The only good thing about this drift car is the pretty underbody lights. That's about it. Everything else is rubbish. I can't believed I got sucked in by the advertising and thought this could be a decent car. It's not. I glanced atthe picture of the guy and thought it was raced by a professional Japanese guy. It was just a dude in HK who races the real thing, not this piece of rubbish. Don't waste your time on it. I can drift cars and this one won't drift properly!

This is a fun little ride and a real bargain for what you get. Light package is a bit involved to install but looks great and is well worth it. So far I have relegated it to basement floor drifting, but will try it outside after taping the wheels with some vinyl tape.

Nicely done HK! Very fun little drift. I would recommend getting rubber tires and another set of wheels with some electrical tape on the outside edge to give the drift on asphalt/pavement. You also would want to get shell scissors as the body does not align very well. If you are new to drifting expect to break the back diff so buy some extras there too. These motors/escs are all the power you would need on this lightweight option.

Decent drifter for a beginner. Parts are cheap although only the international warehouse has them as of right now.
There's a decent amount of slop in the suspension, but for a basher it really doesn't affect it to much.
Buy at least 1 extra set of outdrives p/n: 9249000921-0 as they break really easy!
2S is more than enough power and you will never use it all anyway as it just spins the tires no matter what surface you drive on anyway.
The ESC's low voltage cutoff is way to low at only 3.0v per cell or 4.6v total! So get an alarm to prevent from over discharging.
Body needs a lot of trimming to clear the tires, and even then it sits to low and still rubs in the areas you can't trim. (needs a slightly taller body post, or you can just shim them) I'm using the 2200 25-50c Turnigy Nano-Techs, fits tight without having to install the battery hold down bars. Runtime with them is at least 20 mins with moderate throttle.
Overall, I would recommend it if your looking to get into a cheap drifter.

My little drifter arrived 3 weeks ago and has taken a beating, I'm happy to report nothing has broken yet. I also have the mission D drift car they both handle well with the mission D being slightly easier to hold in a drift probably due to its longer wheel base and extra weight.
Overall value is fantastic though, the amount of car you get for the money is unbeatable.
I'm running 2s 2200mAh lipos and getting a good 15-20 minutes run time.
My only fault with the car is the body shell posts are not adjustable and the shell rubs on the wheels and its taking all the paint off.
But hay its 50....buy it ;)
