Description

This small and lightweight Battery Eliminator Circuit (BEC) can be used in place of a dedicated battery to power your receiver and servos.

At a pre-determined voltage, the BEC will shut down power to the motor while continuing to power your receiver and servos. 

The HobbyKing™ Micro BEC 2A/5v features highly efficient switch mode circuitry that provides better heat dissipation compared to linear voltage regulation. The shielded PCB design and output EMF coil provide a stable, low noise voltage output.

This BEC also features built-in reverse polarity protection.

Small, light, efficient, cheap, and easy to solder your own wires after you peel off the funky heat shrink. The chip labeled 4R7 sticks up a bit, but it actually serves as a nice anchor if you dig a cavity in the body of your drone for that chip to fit into, and hot glue the BEC with the flat side facing out.
