The pins that go through the control surface are 7.8mm long, 1.7mm in diameter. The horns are nice and strong, not flimsy at all. The lock washers fit nice and tight on the pins, but you might still want to put a dab of hot glue on the pin ends to reduce the risk for slipping. The distance from the bottom of the horn surface (that lays flat on the control surface) to the first hole is 5.8mm, distance to the second hole is 7.3 mm. A cheap but extremely price-worthy product, highly recommended.
