This tiny Mig 15 is amazing, EPO foam combined with it's featherweight stats means it will be very forgiving of the odd less than 100% landing. The 35mm Fan Unit & ESC are pre-installed as are the aileron and elevator servo's, the model comes in 1 piece so all you have to do when it arrives is connect the control rods. The supplied 4 Channel 2.4ghz Transmitter is pre-bound to the pre-fitted micro RX to speed up set up time, the transmitter features servo reverse and trims for each channel.

The box the model arrives in is really handy for not only transporting the model to prevent hanger rash but the spare pockets in the packing foam are ideal for carrying spare Lipoly's and you will have so much fun with this, I would carry a few! The supplied charger will operate from a 12v supply and charges through the JST-XH balance lead. All you need now is a flying buddy armed with the Micro F86 Sabre for a tennis court dogfight!

This model is a gross disappointment. One of the wings was warped and the receiver was glitching causing the model to be unstable in flight, also there were periods of time that receiver and transmitter were not connected at all. Also, after first flight the motor stayed on even though the throttle stick was all the way down. The wings are glued poorly and come off easily. After a few test flights I decided that flying this model is not worth my time. I have been trying to recover some of my losses through Hobby King Customer Service, but based on the feedback from HK it appears to me it would be cheaper to dispose this model.

The plane is pretty nice and came in perfect conditions after only 3 weeks, from China to Italy. Model and radio works good, the only problem was with the elev. control rods, that bend too much and made the elev. work bad and sometimes it stayed blocked in elevation position. Anyway, the plane flies good, is only a bit unstable. The motor needs more power, with the 2s battery you mast keep always the full throttle and it's still difficult flying against the wind direction. I'll try a 3s, i hope the ESC will not burn. The real surprise is the radio, that works very good and never looses the signal. very impressed from the value for money! Anyway I'm very satisfied by my purchase

So far I am very pleased with my purchase. This plane overall is very well built and far more rugged than I anticipated. I suggest that before you fly it you check for warps, check the glued joints and build a thrust tube for it as it does increase the static thrust a bit. A simple search on google will turn up results and templates for the tube on the rc groups forum, as it made a big difference for me and I have no issues flying this around on 2cell packs, the turnigy 370 and 460mah fit with a little opening of the battery compartment and the cg is spot on with them without the tip tanks installed. The one thing you will need to have in order to enjoy this in stock 2 cell form is a good straight hand launch, and away it goes, if you launch it incorrectly it can tip stall. At high throttle, high alpha and low speed this can tip stall into a flat spin, all you need to do to recover is throttle back and it comes right out of it I would also recommend some reinforcement of the intake opening as it will egg on a hard landing pretty easily, where this is epo foam some hot or boiling water will straighten out most of the dents. Some wood or light fiberglass reinforcement will help. Sadly I hooked a non stock servo up to the 4th channel to add rudder with the wrong polarity and have apparently burned out the esc, I guess that means its time to order a new 10amp turnigy esc t
