Just like their namesake, the Viking Motors are ready to Raid, Pillage and Plunder.

From the outset, Multistar set about designing a motor that would genuinely crush the competition. Working with the world’s best pilots, MultiStar set about developing a range of motors that give you the edge over the competition. Vikings of Nordic legend were greatly feared due to their sheer brutality and Team Multistar continues this tradition by striking fear in the hearts and minds of would-be drone pilots’ world over. Viking motors are the motor of choice for the 2016 Drone Racing World Champion, Shaun "NYTFury" Taylor.

So, Join the halls of Valhalla where the brave live forever.

A tiny green monster ..........

CW or CCW describes the thread, not the rotation of the motor, that depends on the order of the three wires attached to the ESC.
The wires are a continuation of the winding wires, a common practice on small motors.
A great little motor for small aircraft as well. Spinning a 5X3 with 2S on a 4/5 ounce bird it's a winner.

NOT CCW as labelled.

Jan 22, 2019

As another review noted, while both the box and the motor are labelled with CCW, this motor has reverse thread - making it CW. The wires are ridiculously thin as well.

fully sick little motor 34 000rpm on a 4x2.8 prop (ecalc)

Nov 16, 2018

Revvs like the clappers and pulls like a train. Forgive me for being so bold Mr H.King, but I thought the rotation was determined looking from the top of your quad (or front of a plane???) My point is, that the only difference is the threads that are cut on the output shaft where we secure the prop. The threads should be cut RH for CCW and LH for CW. In this way, the nut will not loosen, but tighten under load. If I am right, these motors are labelled wrongly. It wont matter if you buy a full set of four motors because you fit the CW prop to the CCW motor and it will stay tight. However, if you want to buy a single replacement motor you had better be aware that they put the wrong labels on the cans. Once again, I know nothing about quads, in fact I may be wrong but I think that this will prove to be solid hard core vital information for young players. Anyway check the motors out because they look like a good bit of kit.

Dont recommend

Oct 19, 2018

Bought for a mini drone, not gonne use them.
Was happy with low price but not sattisfied.
Wires like never seen.
Shaft 4mm? all my props have 5mm sa i need to improvise if used.
And bottom screw not like usual you have to large the frame to fit.
I reccomend emax 1306 4000kv. Far above expectation.
