    Turnigy Ni-ZN (Nickel-Zinc) batteries offer high voltage and excellent cycle life when compared with Ni-CD/Ni-MH batteries.

    This 3 cell reciever pack produces 4.8V nominal voltage making it perfect for replacing standard 4 cell Ni-CD/Ni-MH receiver packs. This not only saves weight but also space inside your model.

    The nominal voltage of these Turnigy Ni-ZN cells is 1.6V compared to that of only 1.2V with Ni-CD/Ni-MH. This means more power for your device and longer usable capacity. Our Ni-ZN cells provide on average 50% more usable capacity per cycle compared to a standard Ni-CD/Ni-MH cell of the same rated capacity.

    Sadly battery marketing is an evil game, with overstated capacity being the industry norm. Generally speaking, battery factories will suggest vendors to overstate the capacity by at least 30%, marking 1800mAh cells with 2300mAh labels or more!

    Dont buy it, first one came with overall 1,6V. Charged about ~20x still holds only few mAh with internal resistance of 6Ohm!
    The replacement I got is same condition, arrived with 1.5V the pack and cells are dead too.
    Terrible Hobbyking! :(

    The best AA batteries that exist. No competition. I use Nickel Zinc for everything. The pack can be opened and the batteries used individually if needed. 90pcnt of gadgets that want 5VDC are happy with the 4.8 volts from this.

    Nice and compact.

    Save the weight and space of one cell. Quality is good and reliable. I have used the pack for bench testing and not in the air jet, but I'm very happy with it.
