Want to use your favorite DSM2/DSMX compatible transmitter with your open source flight sim? This is the tool to let you do just that.
The Orange Rx DSMX/DSM2 Compatible USB Dongle is really just a receiver that binds with your transmitter and interfaces with your computer. All you need to do is to allow the pre-loaded HID driver to install onto your PC, laptop (Mac users will need to download the relevant HID drivers) and bind your transmitter to the dongle in the same way as you would a receiver.
There's never been a simpler way to use your transmitter as the controller for a flight simulator!

Have not been able to use flight simulators (Liftoff & Freerider) to date. Have a Devo 7e and MacBook Pro. This dongle has been the solution. Binds easily with TX on DSM2 (not DSMX at present). Simulators work really well. Great value for money. Oh ... and the delivery was excellent.I bought a dx5 only for this dongle and it worked perfect, I recommendVery good addition for my DX6i, now making it a wireless controller for my simulators. Works very well with Realflight and Aerofly, as well as on other simulators. Have been using it on Freerider Recharged for praticing FPV. A slightly expensive dongle, but still, totally worth it. Once bound, it works like a charm!Dongle для Flight Simulator. Compatible with the Phoenix RC ?Dongle для Flight Simulator. Compatible with the Phoenix RC ?Dongle для Flight Simulator. Compatible with the Phoenix RC ?When I ordered this dongle, I did have my doubts. Most anything that relies so much on a USB port can be hit and miss. When I plugged it in with the bind button pressed, it came to life with very bright flashing LED and bound to my DX6 the first time.
All of my quad sims are acting just as good as they did when I was wired to my old dongle.
I can't recommend this product enough.Perfect with Liftoff on a MacBook Pro, with a DX6i.
Bind it and boom, done.
I had to reverse throttle.I made a quick setup video. I hope it helps someone:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKSGrMn-ucoWorks perfectly on my iMac using the Drone Racing League simulator and DX9 radio. Heard it works flawlessly on MacBook Pro as well. Only complaint is $8.99 for shipping and handling charge on a $13.35 item that would have shipped in a First Class envelope. HK shipping charges have gotten totally out of hand.
