The all new CPPM and S.Bus functionality is an excellent feature for use with multi-rotor flight controllers such as the KK2.1, APM, MultiWii and others. These single line connections remove the weight and mess of additional wire leads for each individual channel. This is ideal for use on small frames where space is at a premium and keeps all wiring neat. Additionally, ALL receivers, from R620x to R1220x V2 offer 12 channels on S.Bus and 9 channels on cPPM.
All receivers offer integrated telemetry providing readings for battery and receiver pack voltages, current, temperature and motor RPM. Using these receivers you can always monitor all critical parameters so you don’t need to buy an additional telemetry module.
They have dual diversity antennas as well as two fully functional satellite ports to give unbeatable reception quality.

These are great receivers but I have had an issue with the telemetry. The first one I bought would bind to my DX8 and report telemetry correctly but when put in range test the telemetry would be lost immediately and would not come back unless I rebooted the radio. Additionally when bound to a Taranis using the IrangeX 4in1 module no telemetry sensors were detected at all. Surprisingly the receiver worked perfectly with a Devo 10 running DeviationX software. The actual receiver side worked 100% all the time, yhe issue was only with the telemetry portion.
Hobbyking replaced the receiver and the new one works fine with all my transmitters so I can only assume there are different versions of firmware on these depending on batch.Ich benutze den Empfänger zusammen mit meiner Devo 7E in meinem Race-Quad. Er ist per SBUS an den FC(X-Racer F303) angebunden und funktioniert sehr gut. Besonders die hohe Reichweite gefällt mir und das die Antennen austauschbar sind. Andere Empfänger konnte ich in den Müll werfen wenn mal wieder eine Antenne Berührung mit einem Prop. hatte. Habe mir gerade noch eine 620x V2 geordert in der Hoffnung noch etwas mehr Gewicht zu sparen.Habe diesen Empf?nger mit Orange RX Modul in Verwendung, alles TipTop. Hat sich sofort binden lassen. Die Anleitung dazu findet ihr im Internationalen Shop unter "Files" wie ?blich liegt dem Produkt keine bei. Ich habe sie f?r die Fail Safe Einstellungen ben?tigt. Ansonsten funktioniert das Teil wunderbar.OK guys, good news,HobbyKing's custumer service replaced my bad R720X receiver, and it arrived to my door in less than a week. I already tested it and the telemetry signal is ok now. Guess it was just bad luck on the first one.Arrives in a small antistatic bag with no instructions, just a bind plug. The manual can be downloaded from the International tab. Bound with my DSMX only transmitter OK. Telemetry sensors from another brand connected and worked. The temperature reading was a couple of degrees out but the voltage reading was accurate checked against a DVM. The receiver pack voltage was also accurate. Fantastic value for money!
