Description

Have you been waiting for a fully programmable OrangeRx DSM2 transmitter? If so, your wish has been granted and at a price that's guaranteed to blow your socks off!!

The OrangeRx T-SIX is a brilliant, fully programmable 6 channel 2.4GHz DSM2 transmitter that is loaded with features. Covering just about everything for both fixed wing and helicopters, the T-SIX supports multiple wing types, multiple swashplate types, channel mixing, subtrim, exponential, dual rates, travel adjustment, servo monitor, graphic pitch/throttle curves, 10 model memory and so much more! This little gem even features an adjustable RF power output setting in the menu, allowing users to switch between US and EU power standards.

All of the programming functions are displayed on the large and easy to read backlit LCD display. You can easily navigate through the menus with the convenient scroll wheel, or by using the menu buttons. The menu system is very intuitive and easy to use, unlike some other transmitters on the market today that require studying of the manual to operate.

When it comes to powering your transmitter, the T-SIX has you covered for just about any battery type. It can operate on 4 x AA size Alkaline, NiMH or NiCD cells, but also features an in-built JST plug in the battery compartment allowing you to use a 2 cell LiFE or LiPO pack as well! The transmitter's low voltage battery alarm is adjustable via the menu to suit whichever battery chemistry you choose.

Because the T-SIX operates on DSM2, it is compatible with our full range of OrangeRx DSM2 receivers. We offer everything from 4CH micro to 9CH full-range receivers, all at a price that can't be beat! (see related items below for our list of compatible OrangeRx DSM2 receivers)

You simply will not find a better "value for the money" programmable DSM2 transmitter on the market today. OrangeRx T-SIX, available only at Hobbyking!

Hobby King backorder system sucks. I have waited almost two months and still don't have my transmitter nor do I get a satisfactory answer as to why the backorder has not been filled.

OMG!
What an amazing product ever.
Its better than all other TX for me. Its so easy than others.
The color is the main thing that gave the TX a greater look and attraction to people.
its easy than other Transmitters. And also the range is more and this is the only TX which has many RX so it can be fitted even to small cubs and bigger RC Airplane. thank you soo much HK.... :)

This radio is truly magnificent for its price. Please do not be deceived by the orange color, it does not feel cheap or plasticky in your hands, on the contrary, it feels very robust and solid. I have it paired with some 6ch orange receiver, and it works perfect. This is by the best entry level programmable radio i could find. I will keep it until i get my hands on Taranis, and it will passed down to my girlfriend so she can take her flying to the next level. Highly recommended.

2nd review, I figured out how to do elervon mixing right using dual rates.
So basically, my only gripe is the fragile antenna joint and the lack of replacement for it.
It WILL eventually snap. No biggy.
5 stars for value!!!

Well I did not think I was going to buy one because the shipping was so high at $35 dollars to ship to the US. But it was still only $100 total shipped which is hard to beat for a radio with so many functions. I went ahead and ordered one because I had some extra Christmas money. It was so easy to set up to my fleet and I took it our the first time today. On each plane I was able to set my rates, expos and trim to perfection. The timer with alarms worked great. This is only my first time out with this ready and so far I am very impressed. As a side note my other three Receivers are all black. It is nice to have this Orange plastic see through color.
