    Pitts S12 Aerobatic Biplane Plane (RTF)
     
    The plane is 98% assembled by the factory and all the parts such as Motor, ESC and Servo''s are included. All control surfaces pre-hinged and horns are factory-fitted.
    The Pitts S-12 is made from EPO foam, which is much stronger and more flexible than styrofoam. it comes with two aileron servos and 2 joiners, making this a 4 aileron plane giving crisp flying characteristics and modest 3D capabilities.
     
    This model is slightly larger than your standard foamie, in the old books you could say it''s a .32 size plane.

    Moulded EPO foam fuselage.
    All ruder and elevator pushrods pre-installed.
    Moulded EPO wings with hinged ailerons and horns fitted.
    Wing Joiner fittings and fixings already installed.
    Wings joiner set.
    Main undercarriage and wheel spats include all fixings.
    Strong and sturdy battery well cover.
    Canopy moulded in clear tinted ABS plastic.
    Multi-colour decal sheet.
    Comprehensive illustrated building instructions.

    Additional after 2 flights: Replaced ESC because it made scraping noise on full throttle. Stock motor pulls 330W, 29.8 peak amps with stock prop

    I waited until maiden before I posted this. Good maiden, plenty of power, trimmed and balanced with 2150 mAh battery. Pleased with purchase. Packed well, no damage. On assembly, be careful to mount tail wheel hinge right side up. Check servos - I replaced a bad rudder servo. See rcgroups number 863574 for motor noise at full throttle.

    Hi everyone! My PITTS arrived in perfect condition two weeks after ordering. Double boxed, all parts was perfect fixed and protected againts damage. The plane is an original german Robbe, completed and equipped with chinesse hardware. Very nice bird made from Arcel (similar to Elapor). I am very surprised. Its a bargain for the price definitely.

    Tnfortunately the housing was slighly broken and i must fix it. 5 stars from Czech Republic.

    What a plane ! Arrived double boxed and in good shape except the decals were a bit wrinkled . Immediately upgraded the motor to the Turnigy c3542, changed the esc to a 60amp and changed the prop to a 12 x 6.Will run the zippyflite 4s 2200mah battery. Still to fly but from what everybody else has said shouldnt be a problem.Only disappointment is the decals are not precut :( Takes sometime to cut them all out. Otherwise well done HK !! Price...... who would complain my local hobbystore was 4 times the price !!

    Cadeaux de mon noel 2008, j'en suis toujours amoureux !!



    Cette avion a vraiment de la prestance, ce n'est pas le roi de la 3D, mais il est tres bien pour se degrossir la voltige.



    Seul bmol, attention aux atterrissages sur l'herbe.



    Perso, j'ai enlev le "Y" des ailerons ce qui me donne accs au mixage "Flaps", un vrai plus pour les atteros sur terrain en herbe.



    En plus il est facile reparer.
