    Product Description

    This pneumatic retract system was designed exclusively to suit our 35-50cc 2135mm AT-6 Texan.

    The main gear legs match the retract geometry of the original full scale Texan and are built tough! They feature sprung Oleo shock absorbers. CNC machined alloy features throughout the struts, legs and load bearing mount. Steel axles with a generous 7mm diameter will take the odd 'Arrival' too! The pneumatic mechanics of this set is designed to positively lock the legs in both their retracted and extended positions. In addition to these gorgeous retracts, included is the matching steerable alloy tail-wheel mount.

    The hardware included in the kit is all that's required to set these retracts up and have them fully operational. Included is the sequencing valve, fill port, lines, connectors and tank. You will need to supply your own compressor to pressurise the included tank however.

    Terrible product. I just threw mine in the bin. Very dissapointed. No quality control. They leak in multiple components. The locking lugs will snap off in your fingers. They go up too far and don't come down far enough. What a pitty. The company who makes these and the retracts for the Vantex Spitfire almost had a good product but didn't see it through. I am suprised HK sell such a defective product. Rubbish bin people!

    Very bad retacts for AT6 Texan. The locking pin has to be modified. The plane has to be carved out. They do not fit nor work well. They also leak! Buy robats and save your self the time and frustration

    The system leaked air at the cycling valve right from day one. the first time I cycled it the locking lug pin broke and I had to replace it with a harden pin. this is made from sub standard material and would not recommend this product. I had to purchase a new control valve in order it to work correctly.

    These units leak, have misaigned parts and the locking lug will snap off at the first sign of any force. I had to take them apart and rebuild and re-engineer them. They are cheap but the don't work straight out of the box.

    Not too bad for the price. Good quality aluminium. About 15mm of sprung travel in the oleo's. Nice Hard springs. Only issue was the locking lug was out by about 7 degrees so the unit would retract too far and not extend far enough. I had to remove the locking lug and realign so the unit would retract to correct position. Quite a big job.But for under $150 I can't complain too much. 5" wheels fit perfectly.
