Hi all,
I'm looking for the customized firmware (Marlin ?) which runs this printer... just in case I had to replace the electronics :-) . I didn't found it on the usb key which came with the printer.
This research because the thermistor is tired after 20 hours of print - several pieces, not continuous :-) and i am anxious about the electronic board.
I saw many questions about this customized firmware and it would be great to put it in the dowload section.

Excellent starter printer. Printed all parts for "mostly printed cnc" machine in about one and half week, all printed parts are without issues. Best price performance.

Good morning. I've mine 2 weeks ago and I'm happy. Good packaging, easy to assemble, good job if you take time for goods settings. I've just use pla but good job. I've just a problem, I d'nt find how plug a : 3D Printer Full Graphic Smart Controller (RAMPS RepRap). If you can help me. Thks.

Absoluter Schrott.
Die aufnahmen vom Drucktisch waren kaputt, die Kugellager schepperten so extrem laut das man nichts anderes nebenbei machen konnte. Das Mainboard konnte nicht ein einziges Teil aus Thingiverse verarbeiten, ich musste aus dem Muster druck die STL. kopieren das er berhaupt etwas Druckte. Wie sollte es anders sein lste sich der Thermistor aus dem Kabelschuh kaputt, und das Hotend war auch nicht fr 1,75mm sondern irgendwas mit 2,25mm oder so, das war das nchste was abrauchte.
Somit wrde ich dieses Gert niemanden empfehlen, schade eigentlich hatte sonst keine Probleme mit Teilen von HK. Aber der Drucker ist eine Enttuschung .

Ein Super 3D Drucker fr den Anfnger hatte noch nie was mit 3D Drucken zu tun und trozdem sind meine ersten Drucke ganz OK geworden.
Nach ein bisschen einstellung und Vertraut machen mit dem Printer gelingen mir die 3D Drucke :)
Fr mich fr den Preis ein Super 3d Drucker.
Einzige Hobbyking hat eine Falsche Angabe das mitgelieferte Filament ist nicht 1 kg sondern 500g!!!!
Einziges Mankto aber kein Grund den Drucker nicht zu Kaufen;)

Well packed and simple to assebly (about 30 minutes).
It's an entry level 3d printer. Useful if you need PLA object with good quality.
A must if you want enter in this world.
Isn't a plug and play 3d printer, so be prepared to study more than a little.

This is a great printer for beginners, I have been using for 2 weeks now and everything works perfect. It is easy to assembly, even with the bad instruction manual. It has not the best quality hardware, but it doesn't seem to affect the prints very much.It is well worth the money, add a heated print bed and you made yourself a decent 3D printer
(I have only used PLA so far so I'm not sure what the print quality it would be with ABS)

I am very satisfied with the printer, it is my first one and I was really amazed by how good the quality was after only 10 minutes of calibration.
Compared to the other printers I think this is best one for the price, I do recommend it to anyone who would like to start a new hobby in 3D printing.

Some additional info I couldn't find in the description:
-I got white filament with the printer (1kg PLA)
-USB thumb drive has capacity of 0.5GB
