Quanum MT series motors are Spec built by DYS, well known in the industry for their quality and performance.
The MT line uses quality NMB bearings, high pole counts for torque and smooth operation and all have standardized universal mountings in their given size. Quanum has spec’d the motors with N42sh magnets and .2mm laminations for optimal efficiency. The MT’s also have ample motor wire length for a cut to fit installation, with included bullet connectors and shrink tube. Another great feature is that Quanum spec’d all the motors to come with mounting hardware in various lengths, as well as both hub and direct mount propeller options, so installation is a snap.
Each Quanum motor is QC checked for balance, wind, performance and mechanical tolerance. The DYS brand is well known for their BE series and the new spec built MT line will set new standards of value vs performance.

Smooth, quiet, good quality and plenty of power on my Reptile 500 Quad.
Using with 9x4.7 inch Turnigy slowfly props, barely warm after 10 mins flight.
Great value for money, getting more.Feels like a quality motor, I've been testing a plane with this on 3S and 4S and a range of props and had no issues. These are one of the most well built, efficient motors I have come across. I would always use direct mount prop for less weight and more balance. BTW, they are well balanced motors. I can barely feel any vibration. There is relay a good motor, but which prop fitt in? I'v bought four of them and two set quanum props (PRODUCT ID: 505000016-0 ) but unfortunately the props doesn't fitt. The motor shaft is 3mm and the prop center hole is 4mm!I got 6 of these motors for use in a self built all carbon Hexacopter 700mm.
They run perfectly with 20A ESC multistar ESC, 4s 5000mAh battery and 1238 Carbon-Propellers. Flying weight about 2000g with 2-D brushless gimbal and Tarot ZYX-M FC.
The motors run very smooth and even at full throttle they don`t become hot. Maiden flight will be soon.
