Good things do come in small packages and in this case its not just good, its great.

Setting the standard in Multi-Rotors once again, Quanum has listened to builders of mini and micro quadcopters and released the a full function Brushed Flight Control Board which was purpose designed and built for quads around the 100mm and sub 100mm class.

This brushed FC has four built in ESC's at 4.3A per FET and is ideal for brushed motors in the 6~8mm size range.  It also has a built in DSM2/DSMX compatible receiver.

 The Pico is a full 32bit Cleanflight supported FC board and has a micro USB connection.  Once you have downloaded cleanflight on your PC, you simply plug in your Pico Quanum FC Board into your PC and you have complete control over its settings.  Its that easy.

NOTE: DO NOT PLUG THE BATTERY AND USB IN AT THE SAME TIME, THE RX WILL RECIVE POWER FROM THE USB FOR SET UP. THE FETS WILL BE DAMAGED OTHERWISE.

Easy to setup, extremly small and light. Brought this a few weeks ago in conjunction with the whisp frame and micro motors Dark edition 8.5mm motors. Initially used betaflight luxfloat but found after a few flights it developed a drift problem. I then reflashed in CLeanfight to Alienwii F1 which I found to be MUCH more stable - no drift problems so far - perfectly stable flight characteristics. Not sure why other people are not doing this instead. Binding can be a tiresome affair. Takes me a minimum of 3 to 4 attempts to bind. You need to keep the transmitter VERY close to the board when binding. Finally, I have FPV gear onboard. It feels a bit sluggish even though its AUW is only 64grams. I might try another batch of motors but it would be nice to have a little bit more punch. Hope this helps ;)

This is without a doubt one of the best FCs for brushed motors. Able to run 8.5 motors with zero issues. Load Betaflight (naze32) and configure in Cleanflight. Use commands shown in prior posts in CLI.
- Had to buy an OrangeRX to use with my Taranis.
- PICO flight controller
- Recommend the Nano-tech 750mah 1s batteries. Flight time of 8 minutes
- Usmile all-in-one Ultra Micro 600TVL 170 Degree FPV Camera and Video Transmitter 5.8G 8CH 200mW VTX (fantastic and very lightweight FPV)
- Pololu #798 to clean the power. Video was horrible until I installed this.
- Hubsan props
- Parrot Mini Drone frame
- Custom 3D camera mount and FC mounts
- 4x 8.5mm brushed motors
- some VERY small size soldering

Absolutely a blast to fly indoors and out.

If you're looking to upgrade the flight controller in your existing toy, or looking to build your own FPV quad with micro brushed motors, this board is probably your cheapest option. I've found similar boards for around $60 but this one has an integrated DSM2 receiver, so if you own a Spektrum receiver... even better. It's about the same size as a Hubsan x4 receiver, but has no screw holes. You'll have to mount it using zip ties or double sided tape. Cleanflight settings will require a change in cli with the following command: set_motor_pwm_rate=32000. I'm probably going to be buying more of these.

Awesome little fc. I have it in the wisp and it flies well. Flashed it easy first attempt, and set up was also a breeze. The solder pads are close, but if i can do it (barely can see that small stuff lol) then everyone can. Only issue I have is that I want them too release this with 8 esc, because I'm greedy for motors, and I really want to make a lego octoX lol.

Really convenient FC. Very lightweight, powerfull ESC's, built-in Rx and Cleanflight support. Takes a little while to setup PID's correctly, but flies great now! Recommended

First dabble into micro quads, cracking little board, enough information out there to get you started. Overall about 2 days worth of research and tinkering to get the Wisp 110 flying! Will post up Cleanflight settings etc in the files section soon
