    Introducing the Quanum Pocket Telemetry Voltage Meter, powered by proven ORX RF technology. A simple alternative to complex telemetry systems.

    How many times have you forgotten to start your transmitter timer, or had to guess when to land, only to find out you still had a few minutes of fun left in your flight pack? The worst case scenario is the opposite, having low voltage cut off at the most inopportune times.

    The solution to this problem is live telemetry feedback letting you know the status of your flight pack. This feedback allows maximum fun and minimizes risks. Up until now, live telemetry systems can be complex and expensive. The Quanum PVVM changes everything.

    The Quanum Pocket Vibration Voltage Meter is a standalone system and consists of two simple parts; a pocket vibrating pager and a small transmitter that can plug into any Lipoly battery with a balance port up to 8 cells. The operation is simple, set the voltage you want to be notified at on the pager and slip it into your pocket. Then, plug the small transmitter into the balance port of your flight pack and you’re done. When your flight pack voltage drops to the preset voltage level, the pager will go off vibrating every few seconds, letting you know it’s time to end the fun. The transmitter can be moved from plane to plane not needing any integration into other systems, just the flight batteries balance port.

    I have been using it the last 6 months, in every plane.
    From micros to big gliders. Always connected to the motor battery (except DLG´s)
    but be carefull the transmiter is so small and light that is easy to loose. .... and now i have to buy another set ...

    This is a great, simple and easy to use telemetry system.
    I use it in my ep boat, I'd placed it in a small plastic box for protection.
    A piece of velcro to keep it in place.
    When I see the boat as a small dot, it still works fantastic.
    I never go that far on a lake, but for testing I'd gave it a try.

    7-19-2016: Great product, EXCEPT, that the Tx's bind button broke on two of my sets after a year of use. Avoid using the bind switch unnecessarily; do your binding OUTSIDE of your aircraft so you can see what you're doing. Make sure you KNOW the binding sequence so you don't make mistakes. Finally, press the button gently...........just enough to activate it and no more.

    Finally, make sure you add a dab of silicone to the antenna as a strain relief.

    Works like charm. Cheap. Highly recommended. Take care: the even cheaper 915 MHz version is NOT allowed in Europe, because of interference with cell phones.

    This device is a simple, handy, help for flight safety, but because the broadcast is not stable, need to find open positions in the battery compartment can be very effective.

    A friend and I both have the cheaper version of this product purchased from HobbyKing. Both has very poor performance. It will lose connection after about 50 feet and beyond that, it's very sporadic. It's only useful on a close fly-by. In all other distance, it's useless. I may try this more expensive one but I'm not hopeful.

    I ordered this when it was on "Special" and never received it. Don't try the CHAT function in the hope that you'll ever get anywhere because you won't... Its all show and typically Chinese thinking as long as the money is taken in and no-one complains, it'll be all OK. NOT at ALL impressed...
