Flycolor continue to develop their electronic speed controllers and their Raptors just got faster!
This is the newest version Raptor. F390 processor powered, it is faster than the F330 based earlier version and this improvement in speed means faster motor response.
This Raptor ESC is also a little lighter since keeping weight down is important especially in racing applications. Low resistance IC’s produce little heat and that means even greater efficiency.
Pre-flashed with BLHei Firmware, it is upgradeable through the BLHeli software suite.

These are well made ESCs. In a bench test, the esc was getting hot to touch in about a minute of run @20-22amps, but it let through 35 amps (burst) without problems. Soldering the motor wires wasn't much fun as I had 6 of these.
NOW, these didn't work well on my Quad with multiwii(pwm issues i assume), I tried the firmware upgrade to BLHeli 14.6 using Arduino nano [SILABS BLHeli Bootloader(4way-if)] with adjusted settings and it worked out well. I'll try posting the settings that worked for me here on the files. Cheers!I bought these esc's to upgrade my recent 20amp dys esc's. So i thought i was buying 30amps but in blheli suite they are showed up as 20amps so that was a bit of a Let down. But i solderd them on my zmr250 with emax 2205 2300 kv "red bottoms " and they perform really well. I left the stock settings exept for motor directions. Not much heat is produced so thats a plus. Lets see how they hold up in time.
