    SpyderByte Widowmaker 170 Racing Drone (Frame Kit)

    This Widowmaker frame is built for racing. The lower deck is a machined 3mm carbon fiber plate which includes the arms. The upper deck is 2mm carbon fiber making for a strong but lightweight (69g) frame. 

    The lower deck comes with mounting holes for standard flight controller boards and PDB. As well there are slots for your battery straps and mounting holes for FPV camera. Video TX aerial can be mounted vertically through the upper plate.

    Plenty of space, really nice design and very well machined. My only problem is the 3mm carbon. Its really flexy and I doubt it will survive a bad crash (though I haven't actually tested it). If it surpasses or is worse than my expectations when I get around to building it I will update my review.

    Very nice frame with top finish. No sharp edges and nice surfaces. Frame weight double checked to 70g. Plenty of space to fit all electronics within the frame including VTx and a HS1177 camera. I've placed the battery on top of the frame where it easily fits. Building mine using 1306 motors which are slightly small since the frame is relatively heavy compared to the smallest 4" frames like the Diatone Grasshopper but flies nice anyhow using light 3S 800mah batteries. Can really recognised frame, feels like it will last any crash.
