Bought this aircraft with great expectations and went the extra distance and purchased the pneumatic landing gear, built the kit over a year and coated with a single layer of f/g and clear coated the decals to the body. Was a proud of the finished item with every control surface tested & hinged, servo lines and pneumatic line run a laced up in a neat. However assembly had a few problems along the way requiring attention.
1)pneumatic valve and pistons never worked correctly needed to purchase a low voltage control solenoid and replace the o'rings for the landing gear to get somewhat reliable operation.
2) large gaps between the wing mounting and the body had to fill with cut & glued foam.
3) canopy plastic brittle and crapy manufactured my own from shirt boxes glued by acetone
4)lots of parts that need attention cause they didn't fit and align properly.
5)COG balance woy off. need to ad weight (which i hate doing, Why does hobby king always get this so wrong . Please test you products please!)
6) flys great and looks the fine in the sky. However definitely not a beginners kit
7) the exhaust clear tube internal to the main body only lasted 3 flights before cracking up and fragments flying out the rear ( and given it was CA securely in place and analysing the fragments suggest that this is inappropriate material to brittle for the purpose. (suggest you don't use the stuff that com

Ok if this double posts I'm sorry. I'm disappointed with the Navy Blue paint job. Looks like my 4 year old granddaughter finger painted it. I'm not kidding It's that sloppy."Got'a Love that kindergardener's refrigerator art work" First off It was supposed to be white, But I guess HobbyKing got what they could get. Don't get me wrong HobbyKing Emailed me and asked me if I would accept the change from white to blue. The manufacture, FlyFly makes 3 color combination's. silver blue and white. The silver is the Best Color "That's My opinion" So if you up to a lot of cosmetics, this kit is for you. I have the FlyFly Mirage 2000 So I knew what to expect. Funky instruction's and weird materials. But all and all a very complete.

I bought this FlyFly 90mm EDF EPS F-86 from elsewhere.

Minor foam cutting was needed to fit two packs of Turnigy 5S 3000mAh 20C. (Total: 10S 3000mAh)

I used a Wemotec Midi Pro, with HET 600-43 motor, with Turnigy Sentilon 100A HV ESC.

Pulls 50A static.

Did not install an landing gear.

Partially glassed with Z-Poxy glassing resin.

Needs a good throw to handlaunch.
