Great fun. Huge control surfaces makes it super responsive and the air brakes makes every move look slow and majestic. Very light and floaty but all the carbon fibre makes it super ridgid. Does all the maneuvers I can throw at it. Excellent slow fly has helped me learn new moves and perfect them.
Mine came with a 9x4.7 prop not a 8x4 like listed. Would reccomend this for anyone who wants to get into 3D.

this was my first EPP indoor plane, it came with everything and with the right glue (used tarzans grip megabond from bunnings) is went together quickly and easily and is great fun to fly, 2S 500 or 2S 800mah both work really good.

the 5g servos it comes with are useless dont even bother trying, they failed very quick and are really weak, just buy some HXT500 which are a direct replacement.

Fantastic value, great quality, only let own by vague instructions with poor quality photo's, but nothing that cant be worked out as this was my first shockie build. I used UHU OPOR which worked brilliantly but used 5 min Epoxy on the U/ Carriage and Motor mount. Flies beautifully, slow, fast, fully 3D capable, 5 mins of flight time with a 450 mah nano-tech 2s lipo (leaves 25pcnt in it). Here is a link of me flying it outdoors in 5 TO 10 MPH wind. http://youtu.be/CkQmym5qWyg
Footage is not fantastic quality as it's filmed with a keychain camera attached to my cap but you can get the idea.

Fantastic Plane Well worth the price.

If youre looking for a slow flying 3D EPP step up from a Piaget etc then this it. The plane is exceptionally rigid (for a EPP model) and considerably more responsive, and precise, than a Piaget.
Build was exceptionally easy I used polyurethane glue for the build. (Gorilla Glue -which works extremely well with the EPP foam as it expands (slightly) and is exceptionally light.)
Most of the carbon rods are already cut to an appropriate length, only requiring a little bit of trimming to fit perfectly.
Only complaint would be the control horns for the elevator and ailerons. I had to create stronger foundations for these to rest on to eliminate some flex occuring near the limits of deflection.
With a Zippy Compact 500mah battery plane weighed 206grams. COG was, as mentioned in other reviews, a bit tail heavy. This was easily remedied with appropriate down/starboard thrust adjustment. (Light washers)
With supplied prop draws only 10 amps and with the 500mah batteries I get about 4 minute outdoor flights and 5 minute indoor.

Highly recommended for anyone who does 3D, or wants to learn.

I got mine today. Overall impressions, I am very pleased. Well packaged. The instructions aren't very clear so you will need some knowledge how to put this together. I am using the recommended 'UHU Por' glue. And seems to work really well. Nice buy! This is my first overall plane but is my first indoor/ foamy. I will be getting the Yak next time. Thanks alot HK! :)

cool plane! Collected very quickly, all items are signed.
The motor is powerful enough, great for 3D.
He flew on the street. Copes well with little wind.
One minus - the grease in the servo froze in the cold

good for 3d training, fly really slow, but no tolerance of wind. a bit tail heavy for 500mah 2s battery.
