The SBD4 S.BUS Decoder allows you to use any standard analog or digital servos with your S.BUS compatible receiver. This eliminates the need for using pricey S.BUS specific servos allowing you to use your models existing servos.
Featuring 4 programmable channel outputs, you can independently assign each servo to a channel of your choice while only having to connect one input lead from your receiver. This makes your wiring much more tidy and allows for easy setting up of your servos without the need for running multiple extension leads.
This is a great device to use in conjunction with our Orange 7CH and 9CH S.BUS compatible receivers!

These work well with Futaba 8FG, programming card is a must to re-assign channels,
I mainly use these for wings, only 1 JR plug and then bolt on the wing. The wires are of good size and silicone coated for power transmission.Point to note use 6 volts and don't use thin extension leads or these have there own mini brown outs.

You don't have to plug it into the rx to program it, just a 4.8v battery in the slot marked for the Sbus rx and then press the buttons. It actually gives the ability to program DG1 and DG2 channels plus the normal 16 which makes it better than the Futaba original!! I did just built a Lunak 1:2.5 in full RFG with 5.8 m wingspan. The Lunak has 5 Servos in each wing (14 servos in total) The S-Bus decoders were programmed and then installed in each wing. So I have only one cable coming out of each wing!!!!
And yes, the decoders also work with the Futaba RX's e.g the new R6308SBT for FASST telemetry.
