I bought these for my Black Horse Dornier 335. They fit perfectly -- I guess Black Horse made the Do335's wing mounts with these retracts in mind. I've only had 5 - 6 flights, but they've worked perfectly. The spiel says they're for models up to 11kg but they seem well-suited to the Do335 which is 6kg

I have these in a 6-1/2kl warbird flying from grass with over 40 flights, bounced and nose over a few times but the retracts still work fine, I would recommend them, be nice they were available in 80*

I have the retracts in the 2m Bearcat and the first landing ended with a broken prop ... the pin is nit tempered and made from Chinese-Steel ... but it is 5mm and so i changed it to a tempered steel rod which works fine . After a bad landing the pin broke again and also one side of the housing has a crack. Work wery well with 6V and has around 5-6 seconds to move retract .
I would recommend this retracts for a max weight of 8kg. My Bearcat has ~ 10 kg and this is a bit off limit for the retracts i feel.
Right weight and some modifications and they work well

Used these on my 26cc fw190 and they work flawlessly. . Had them in for the last year (Stood the test of time) many a time I have Bent the 5mm pins but the retracts have stood up well to my model weighing 6-7kg

I just got them and tested on the bench. So far, they are running very good. Transfer time is about 7 seconds. Just for optical effect I programmed my nose whretract on anonther channel with a delay of that 7 seconds and now, first the main gear goes up/dowm, and once finshed the nosegear starts to work. Very scale for a lot of aircraft. I would not recommend them for more than 4Kg of take off weight.

These retracts work great, electric mechanism seem very strong. The plastic mounting is weak.

I have purchase 3 sets so far. The mounting break quite easily. Not sure if I would buy more. Strong internally, weak housing.

Very good product. Its used on a 2.10 m black horse AT6. it weighs 5.5 kg (11 pounds). drilled it out to fit a 6mm shaft and put some nice struts on them. looks great and works like a charm.

Received these yesterday, plugged them in and all work fine, they are very smooth in operation and look very sturdy and strong.
Putting these in my Hangar 9 P47, will update when fitted.
Value for money is excellent compared to other products on the market, just waiting for my Oleos to come fromHK.
If you are thinking of getting these, buy them you won't be disappointed.
