RC Sailboats aren't just little toys anymore. HobbyKing brings you the Skate 1000, which is a massive 1.7 meter tall ready to run trimaran.
The Skate 1000 sailboat comes ready to run. All you need to supply is batteries for the transmitter and receiver! Modeled after ocean going racing yachts, the Skates's hull is molded fiberglass composite with a perfect gelcoat and vibrant enamel painted finish. Supporting the colorfully printed rip-stop nylon main sail is a rugged aluminum main mast. All bolt together construction for the three hulls, with easily adjustable rigging, the Skate takes about an hour of assembly to be ready to sail!
A centerline mounted dagger board, along with the outrigger hulls makes the Skate a very stable boat, evein in very high wind conditions. This is an impressive model, good size, that breaks down quickly for transport! Check it out.

ich habe sie bekommen leider keine gute Qualitt
musste alle Lcher nach feilen und die Beschreibung ist auch nicht so gut wie erwartetHi, I've just built one of these. It's more or less ready to go, with just a Phillips screw driver and a pair of scissors needed to complete. (The scissors for cutting some small lengths of cord (provided) for attaching the sails). The 2.4GHz radio comes with it, and the Binding is already done. So all you need extra is 12 AA batteries. Once completed it's a BIG Beast. About 5'8" tall, and 3'2" (ish) long. It sails really well in light winds (haven't had time to try it in anything stronger. And is great fun to use. Only quibble I have with it, is when rigging the sails the Stays were numbered wrong in the instruction book, but no big deal. It's been good fun to sail. Only MOD I intend to do is add some screw hooks under the two hatch lids, and hold them down with rubber bands (My own choice, as they are a good tight fit). A really good buy, that I've enjoyed using.
