missing 50 grams of the reported weight, but seems heavy enough to support my small iron - would benefit from some feet also to protect surfaces, but for the price no contest; i can add whtever it needs if i'm concerned

Exceptional value for money. Made of heavy duty, sturdy metal, it holds my iron securely. The sponge is on the small side and the inner metal tube on mine was slightly bent, but what the heck for less than two pounds Stirling.

had nothing to order so i threw this into my cart to top up the shipping. sponge is a little thin and the angle at which it holds the soldering iron isnt as big as it shows in the photo (points more downwards) but whatever it works great to hold my iron!
