Fantastic little plane! I fly the Sukhoi as my base plane on my driveway five days a week and it just keeps on flying. I have flown it in 7 MPH winds but it was a handful. It is so light that if you land a bit hard it does very little damage to the plane. I keep three batteries one being 150mAh and it still flies great. Be sure to add in expo on your first flight. It is a very responsive to the lightest control movement.

Nothin' but fun! My buddy has one of these and let me fly it last week. I can't remember when I've had so much fun for so little work! The plane will make a nice scale-like takeoff and fly for 5 minutes or longer on a single LiPo cell. Once airborne, it can do any maneuver that I am capable of. We had it in a very strong wind and it flew beautifully... landings were a little rough, but this sweetheart can take it!

I just finished modifying this airplane, here is my setup:

3x blue arrow, S03614 servos

mystery 12A ESC (plush 6A was not available)

1404N-2290 Micro 9g brushless motor

2X eflight 150mAh 1s batteries in series

GWS 6030 prop

ar6300 RX (cant believe Hk stopped carrying this)

flys great @ 64grams The ESC is lightened with no shrinktube or heatsink and lightened wires. I also increased throw on all surfaces. The batteries last about 7 minutes.

This plane is a joy to fly. It is a bit under powered, especially with the original battery, but the only things it wont do are knife edge, hover or unlimited vertical. It is quite twitchy, and takes an experienced pilot to fly. Some previous reviewers said it is fragile, its not, TRUST me, although after many hard knocks, the servos are starting to crap out. To protect the elevator, rudder, and wing tips, cover with 2" packing tape.

This arrived (usa warehse) at my place in 5 bus days. Its perfect, came with 1 micro lipo , charger , extra prop (you'll need it) and wheels/gear. For what it is its almost too small to be true. Its 4 channel so you better know how to fly or have a plastic bag, your bifocals, some patience and glue. I got a whopping discount (not review points, for orders) on this and I apprectate it. Would not have been able to buy without it. I spent all my money here already. The helicopter s all are good looking kits but I havent ordered yet. The sukhoi was first. It is just about as fragile as a heli. Its the only down but how else could you make one.
