If you're looking for a fast, fun, aerobatic sports model that can be flown just about anywhere, the H-King Super Kinetic is what you're after! From high-speed aerobatics including pylon style "bank and yank" flying to off-power gliding, the H-King Super Kinetic handles it all with ease. It's a truly versatile model that is a blast to fly.
Constructed from ultra durable EPO foam and featuring carbon fiber reinforcement in all the right places, the Super Kinetic airframe is strong and responsive. Both the ailerons and rudder feature ball-linked pushrods providing slop-free control and easy adjustment, while the all-moving tailplane gives the model superb elevator response and really lets you dig in for high speed "bank and yank" turns. You can roll this model on its side and pull a 180-degree turn at full power without issue!
Although it's capable of aerobatics and high-speed flight, the Super Kinetic is perfectly happy gliding as well thanks to the pre-installed folding prop. With the ESC brake turned on, the prop will fold when the throttle is off allowing the Super Kinetic to penetrate the air with very little drag.
Building the H-King Super Kinetic couldn't be easier as there is no gluing required. The main wing simply latches in place while the elevator halves snap on securely to the elevator control rod. The ball-linked pushrods come included as well. You will simply need to install your own radio system and battery to be ready to fly!

Found manual confusing because it states that the battery compartment is at the front, but on pictures in manual the batery is in middle compartment, wich made sence to me......but unable to ballance as per recomended CG without adding extra weight in front !
I find it wrong to have to but extra weight in this little plane as it already heavy for its size.
Putting the batery in front makes it to nose heavy. I'm using a 3S 850 mah as recommended in instructions. All by all this plane is not very well disigned because the lack of place to shift batery to get proper CG . I think HK need some more professional people to test and adjust their products before dumping it on the market. Bit anoying that so much contradicting info is on this plane, but it is defintely not a recommended plane as it has brittle weak parts and no decent explanation on CG and cramped unknow batery space.Received this lovely little model just 2 days from order, packed well and no damage...great. With a 3S 950mAh battery stowed in the recommended lower hatch position she looked a little tail heavy but was assured by those who had seen Kinetics that she would fly well like that....and wow.. were they right!
Rates settings: Ail High rate 85%/Expo 30, Low rate 60%/Expo 50; Elev High rate 85% Expo 30, low rate 60%/ Expo 50. Low rate setting with throttle set to feel some thrust (circa 50%) for take-off and she climbed away, and rapidly gained height. Even with low rates she is flighty, fast and maneuverable. Recommend similar dampened controls for a first flight!
First flight, explore flight characteristics, confirm she flies fast, beautifully and great fun. Plenty of power, 2 mins and land. Fast landing model but still with stable slower speed performance.
Second flight, 3 mins. More of the same, extending the flight envelope with a few aerobatics. Fun!!!! A bit of a nose heavy landing .......broke the plastic motor mount. No spares available!! JB Weld epoxy to the nose, and a 3mm new prop adapter (no spare props available!!) and into the air again the following week.
Third flight 3 mins. Take off at >90% power and full rates......nearly lost it as she left the hand ....won't do that again! More fun, aerobatics, glide performance...all good, some areorobatics and beautiful smooth landing on a mown grass strip. Joy..........until I picked her up and noticed elevator was floppy. Examination revealed the plastic tail lever mechanism was snapped (servo still good). Lucky it happened on landing and not in flight!!! No spares available!
That seems the end of my Kinetic experience. In summary, 8 mins of flight with a basically excellent, fun little airframe marred with cheap fittings that cannot be easily repaired or replaced after those inevitable mishaps. More than likely your experience will soon end in tears when one of those sub-standard parts inevitably fails, leaving you heart-broken that this lovely little model is broken or rendered unflyable. Currently cannot recommend this model while fitted with such obviously substandard parts and no spares available!! HK, add $20 to the price and put in some decent parts!....and then stock some spares!Actually the same as it was.... (which is good). Only diference is packing, propeler and PRICE. Packing of the old Super Kinetic Aerobatic Glider was much better (also manual was included) and propeler slightly bigger. I owned older version and it cost 59,99 USD...
In order to achive proper CG, you have to put battery to the front compartment and receiver to the rear.While putting it together had a hard time getting the wing latch to turn and lock in place. I had to put the battery up front to get the CG correct. While flying it the tabs they lock the elevator in place came loose plane went into a spin and crash. If I were to do it again I would glue those in place.These things are great! It's fast and agile and glides well for a sporty 4 channel.These things are great! The only disapointment is it is no where near as quick as shown on the video. its a good speed but would be nice to be a little quicker, has lots of vertical and batteries come down cold with mostly full throttle the whole flight
Would deff buy it again if i crashed this one
