If you're looking for a fast, fun, aerobatic sport model that can be flown just about anywhere, the Super Kinetic is what you're after! From high speed aerobatics including pylon style "bank and yank" flying to off-power gliding, the Super Kinetic handles it all with ease. It's a truly versatile model that is a blast to fly.
Constructed from ultra durable EPO foam and featuring carbon fiber reinforcement in all the right places, the Super Kinetic airframe is strong and responsive. Both the ailerons and rudder feature ball-linked pushrods providing slop-free control and easy adjustment, while the all-moving tail plane gives the model superb elevator response and really lets you dig in for high speed "bank and yank" turns. You can roll this model on its side and pull a 180 degree turn at full power without issue!
Although it's capable of aerobatics and high speed flight, the Super Kinetic is perfectly happy gliding as well thanks to the pre-installed folding prop and optional brake setting of the ESC. With the ESC brake turned on, the prop will fold when the throttle is off allowing the Super Kinetic to penetrate with very little drag.
Building the Super Kinetic couldn't be easier as there is no gluing required. The main wing simply latches in place while the elevator halves snap on securely to the elevator control rod. The motor, ESC and servos all come pre-installed. The ball-linked pushrods come pre-installed and adjusted as well. You will simply need to install your receiver, clip on the wing and tail, install your battery and fly. It's that simple!
• "Plug and Fly" - simply add your own radio system and battery!

Good price for this very fast glider designed for intermediate to advanced pilots. It works better if you put battery at the front, right behind the motor, and put receiver in the battery compartment in the lower mid section. Also, I managed to installed a gyro/stabilizer just below the main wing, and that made a huge improvement. Tail wings (the horizontal stabilizers) break very easily, so you must land it smoothly. The motor gets very very hot, the main wing needs a bit of glue to secure it better given it's fast speed. Loosen the screw for the main wing latch for easier wing installation. Other than these complaints, this is a fantastically fast and fun glider.Thos was delivered in 3 days and it took under 4 the mins to be in the air!! So fun to fly! Flys very well got the battery (850mah 3s) in the front tray and receiver in the belly. 75% power and launch into the wind no dramas glides well but it does need power in turns unless you dont bank it much. I have some rudder added to the ailerons for flatter turns. Really do like the speed does need some planning when landing so you dont run out of space or land too hard.I have bought several of these models and love them. $85Au. Goes together in minutes, good quality and small enough to carry most places, fast but handles ok flying slower. Not hard to fly and even slope soars. Had heaps of crashes but pretty tough. It can be a bit of a rocket ship, and can handle strong wind better than many models. Max I have flown in is 35 knots off the beach but landing is a bit tough. Much better quality than Walrus but it lands pretty hot so needs more real estate. If I only ever had one plane it would be this for the money. There's only one rating I can give: 5 stars!! It has everything to please pilots from beginners to more advanced! What I love about this model is the elevator, it is so precise you can touch the grass and fly away easily! Compared to the old Kinetic 800 it is way more tough and a bit faster, however the new design of the wing makes it less stable at low speed, stalls are violent especially when trying inverted flight...
Bad points: cheap propeller, battery trap made of foam. In overall it is definitely worth the money, would recommend to a beginner, just don't launch yourself the first time.
P.S: lost the kinetic 800 because of OrangeRX receiver. Never again(((This is a fantastic little plane that would make an excellent second addition to your fleet. It glides beautifully. On my first hand launch with no power it flew for an easy 30 meters. It is very fast and capable of aerobatics. I flew all stock on a 3s 1300. although mine did eventually die from a tip stall. it was due to pilot error. not enough power in the turn. Unfortunately it doesn't hold up well in a crash and if you bend the nose it will never fly right again, but if you treat it properly its lots of fun and very cheap.Very easy to build, ad your receiver, Set it up and you are good to go.... Great fun to fly, fast , agile and easy to fly, start wit 50 pcnt expo on elevator and aileron.... Great value for money. Never had so much fun for that price !I chose this plane as part of my learning process (after the Walrus). I crashed a bit at the beginning (about 20 months ago), but not any more.
It's a great plane for acquiring fast reactions and now it's my standard fun flier hack.
Great value! You can afford to break some to learn then, after a while, you don't break them any more. Just keep the speed up in turns!
