The cowl is made from fibreglass, and the solar film covering is flawless.

Canopy is held in place with magnets which when combined with the find force of the plane, lock the canopy in place, it will never come off in flight.

Buena impresin

Nov 14, 2007

TM Supervision XP Airplane

Nov 14, 2007

Very good plane, good quality, good performance, very accurate on flying, and the best of all is cheap, for its price is more than a good airplane!!!!!!

Use it with at least 35 ampers speed controller and motor HXT35-30B-1400, this setup is more than enough, to fly.

Also with 20gr servos is ok.

Still flying great

Nov 14, 2007

After several month, my SuperVision is still flying great. However, the ultralight wood structure is fragile and one must be careful during transport or when the plane is manipulated.

Awesome Kit

Nov 14, 2007

This is my first order with HC and the plane exceeded my expectations quite a bit. The covering is excellent, the parts fit generally well...

I compared it to a mate's Ultrafly Extra and the Supervision was far better built at a lower price.

I needed 2-3 solid building evenings to complete the plane. Reinforced the fuse with CA and some epoxy. Used epoxy on the hinges instead CA. The manual is absolutely sufficient.

Installed a tail wheel, used stiffer push rods than the ones that came with it and installed bigger wheels.

Whenever you need to cut the film use a soldering iron! That gives clean cuts and welds the film to the wood!

Someone wrote he needed 2 hours to finish the plane...I want to see that...

This plane looks very much like a Brio 10, there are many reviews out there on that plane, have a look! The Supervision should perform very similarly!

You have to be a good pilot for this baby, it is incredible responsive, but it glides surprisingly well despite the AUW of 900gr. Landings are therefore quite relaxed.

Enjoy!

TM Supervision XP review

Nov 14, 2007

A nice kit with a superb fiberglass cowl and undercarriage. Cockpit assembly is nicely done and works well.

Color lines match on mine.

I changed the wheels (the one in the kit are just good for an aircraft half that weight) and replaced the skid for a tailwheel.

The carbon tube for the wing joiner is missing, it has been replaced by a beech dowel, easy to find in a DIY shop. UH said they would send the missing part but none as came.

Fitted with a BM 2915, 2200 3S lipo and four 18gr servos AUW is 1100 gr.
