Heatsink provides good protection to the boards of the esc!
It is runnIng perfects on 4S at 525 watt.

Fantastic controller for the price. We have used this type before on 450 class helis with no problemsat all. 40 amps great for sport flying and light 3d.

I have 4 of these running on a quad at 3s. so far so good, only lost one, don't know what happened but I bought an extra one just in case and used it. Running 14X5.7 APC props and they seem very efficient. Lifted a brick with the quad the other day with no problems. I want to run 4s on this quad but afraid to since the spec just isn't there. Might try it anyway

I originally bought this ESC for use with a high kV heli motor. Since then, I've been using it for the 820kV HK Donkey with a 4s 90c lipo, and the Grayson monster jet. Holds up well (even dunked it in a lake more than once). Underpowered for my applications? Yes. Am I complaining? Hell no. Great workhorse, good price.

I like a lot this ESC. I have got 2 of them for 2 years. I have no problems, and they can achive the amout of Amp. that explain in the specifications.
