These motors are fantastic. Just as fast as the $100 motors. I upgraded from the V1 of this motor and there is quite a noticeable power difference. If your not bothered about what "name" you carry on your motor then this is the way to go, you won't be disappointed.

Solid solid motor. Excellent upgrade from the originals.

Running in my Losi 22, 2.0, mid motor, 32/69 on the gearing, 40 degrees timing. Keeps up with Reedy/Trinity motors running in similar setups. Lots of power. Comes off warm after a 5 minute heat.

Definitely worth the price.

I use this motor in 1/10 scale 17.5 Blinky Buggy. It's in my B5M Factory Lite powered by a Novak Impact ESC. Gearing is 30/69 for indoor, carpet, off road, track is very supercross like. Timing is set at 42 as indicated by the motor's timing ring. This motor rocks, keeps up with the Trinitys, Tekins, Reedys and Novaks at the track. Runs cool at these settings too, temps are about 125F after a 10 minute practice session or 5 minute main.

Light weight can, the timing ring is smooth and easier to adjust than the V1 motors. They are a nice upgrade from the first generation motors.
