Why do people pay more than this for a motor?

I bought this as a motor for my son's first Nitro buggy after breaking it in, I am impressed. This motor has more torque than the three to four hundred dollar engine in my other cars and wasn't giving up much on a moderate to long straight. it does not come with any sort of documentation,so if you take the engine apart to seal it, be certain to write down the stock settings of the carburetor. My only complaint is a HobbyKing discontinued the sleeve piston and conrod kit, which makes it very difficult to perform the normal Nitro maintenance.

Ran 3 tanks through on idle with no issues then ran a few races with it quite rich. Now leaned out it's keeping up with fellow racers using proper race engines. Surprised faces when they hear the price. Really good!
