Servo missing "nose bearing" and has chipped case at output.

Great torque, ok speed, very power hungry, but is less than $20
With in one day in a 1/10 scale buggy the servo horn became VERY sloppy...
After inspection, the servo is missing the bearing on the main gear & was wearing on the case. it even has a molding boss in the case top for the bearing.
Even if they put a bushing in it might of survived, but with nothing on the top for support the case hold took the wear.
Never have had this problem with a BlueBird, & will stick with them from now on.

This Servo is not Digital ! but 180Ddegree Turning angle !

The Servo do make a solid look, but after testing i found out that the Servo is not Digital.
A Digital servo Store the Laste known Position from the reciver and move to that until the next signal.
This servo is analog, so it move only for a short time after the signal.
That make the servo much slower and less torque.
The TS920 For example is a Digital servo and it do the job correct.
It need 20Hz to operate and work up to 450 Hz fine

It's a nice and fast servo for a 1/10 rc car. Good value! Will buy another one for other of my RC cars. Really happy with it.

Faulty

Iv been buying from HK for 7 years with no issues and they’ve been great to deal with.
But this product turned up faulty, so they sent me another which was faulty too. No problem they have an excellent return policy. Iv sent both items back which they have received. Iv had no follow up and didn’t get a refund. What’s going ok Hobby King?!!

Good performance, until it loses its center position

First, I was satisfied with this servo.
Good performance for a reasonable budget.
I used it in my Tamiya Wild Willy 2.
Supposedly no big load for this servo.
Everything went well, until "Willy" made some somersaults at high speed.
After the somersaults, the front wheels stood about 30 degrees to the left.
The servo could still be controlled, showed no backlash in the gearbox, but it obviously had lost its center position.
All attempts to reset the center position by the RC were unsuccessful.
Therefore, I shifted the servo horn, so that the wheels were straight again.
Willy was back on the road, until it did the next somersault.
Suddenly the wheels stood 30 degrees to the right...?
Something must have happened inside the servo.
So I forced the wheels manually back to the center position and all of a sudden, the servo realigned itself to the original center position.
