Order process rubbish. Product fine

Card payment process failed repeatedly (although the card was fine). In the end my order arrived twice. One lot of postage and the return postage was not refunded so it ended up costing me a small fortune. Not impressed.

Covering Iron

Unfortunately the iron arrived snapped in half. This was not HK's fault, it was packed well with a fragile sticker on the box and the freight company managed to bend the box in half which broke the iron. It must have suffered extraordinary pressure as the iron is quite strong and it was in its own box inside the shipping box with packing all around it. The freight company obviously couldn't give a rats bum about their client responsibility. Full refund from HK no problems, they were great.
