    Haven't flown yet so can't comment on that, but commissioning charge was only 500mAh, from 3.8xV storage charge, so depending on how you consider "empty" (3.3V is technically empty, but you shouldn't discharge that low for a reasonable cell life, better 3.4xV minimum, and that's how battery meters usually treat it), this could be a 1000mAh pack or a 1300mAh. No way is it 1500mAh.
