Using this motor on a HobbyKing reaktor with GWS 6x4 DD prop. Pulling 8.5a at WOT on 2s. It does the job. Only 3 stars because one of the winding wires was broken and had to be soldered before the motor could be used (see same problem on other reviews). Also the prop saver allen screws are so tight that they cannot be removed (believe me I have tried!)

Great looking motor, good clean windings, carbon cross mount, good strong magnets and bearings seem smooth. Still have to mount and flight test. My overall rating is only 4 stars due to the fact that a) there is no hardware provided (ie. bullets, shrink, etc.) and b) the cross mount does not come with holes in it for mounting. Other than that, no complaints ;-)

Incredible little motor, i am running this on a Durafly Extra 330sc and it works a treat. plane weighs in at 182g which is a little heavier than recommended weight but who cares with this little motor she prop hangs at less than 1/2 throttle. i am running a 8x4.5 (GWS style) prop on 2s 350mah zippy and a 20amp Turnigy controller. yet to build a thrust tester buti would imagine it would easy pull 400 g. using Watt meter on a static test i was pulling 78 Watts full throttle and 12 amps. Not sure what the Watt rating is for the motor but all seemed to be cool after 30sec.
Thanks Hobbyking for this little awesome number.
