This motor works great in the HK450GT heli with 40 amp ESC. Good torque and runs cool.

Really enjoy this motor in my tarot 450 pro v2 dfc running a 13 tooth pinion with a 45a esc from aerostar and all stays cool with a 65c 3s lipo. Motor wires are stiff and shaft is 3.17mm not sure of max amperage under load but love that it's never hot , not even warm. For the price it can't be beat in my opinion. Great motor esc combination from where I'm sitting.

Excelent moteur pour bateau aussi sans besoin de refroidissement il a une super puissance. trs bon rendement (95pcnt) test en consommation 49A en pointe.

Superb motor for a basic 450 class heli. No vibration when running. Used with a YEP45A ESC and 3S 2200mAh 25-50C Nanotech, motor runs nice and cool, even after a few minutes of hard sport flying. Well recommended!

Finally the flight review. Just the right head speed with the 13T. Plenty of power and about 75pcnt of the flight time of the 2215H. Warm at the end of the flight but not too hot. Perfect motor for 450 Pro. 5 stars, thanks HK!

I bought this motor with the blue series 4o amp ESC,
the Turnigy H2223 Brushless outrunner 3500KV is a good strong motor.
But yes there is a but I put the both in the HK450 Pro with 11 tooth pinion gear,After three minutes of flight the two get very hot put your finger on the motor it will burn you as well the esc gets very hot and also lipo.
there is the correct amount of gap between motor and pinion no tightness through out the build of the main shaft ECT.
Do any one know how many polls this motor has,I don't want to take apart to look.

Using this motor on a Brushless conversion of a Walkera Master CP and it fits well. The finish on the case is so far ahead of the original Walkera brushed motor and it runs cooler also. It appears to have more power than the Walkera motor, so seems to be more efficient. I would say it might be the correct motor for anything that is in the 250 class built on the heavy side, like the Master CP, especially if you use bigger batteries than the standard 1100mAh ones.
