Motors work well, but the shaft is short, make sure to lock-tite the prop nuts because the nylon thread in nylocks won't engage. Also, take the two set screws out of the base and lock-tite those as well, or else your motors come flying off their base (I learned the hard way).

I've had two of these motors self-destruct in mid-air with disastrous consequences. In both instances one of the grub screws holding the motor to the base let go, despite being tightened. The last crash cost me two motors and an arm. I have lost all confidence in these now, despite being an excellent option for the rotorbits kit.

This is an excellent product. I have a cheap F330 frame that I bought on hobbyking, and these motors are amazing for it. They spin 8x4 props very efficiently, and provide large amounts of power when needed. My F330 can carry all of my FPV gear, (GoPro, G-OSD 3, 200mw transmitter, and a small headlamp for night flights) a 3300 mah battery, and a NAZA M Lite flight controller easily, and it can hover at 40pcnt throttle. It even gets 10 min flight times with this 1.2 kg setup. Also, they cant be beat at 7.4 dollars! Buy a set NOW if you want to spin 8 inch props on anything.

There is one minor flaw in the product though, which is the cause of my deduction of a crown. The mounting system is of a nonstandard size, as the screw holes are placed on a base three symmetry, and do not fit the standard sizes pre-drilled into a typical quad frame. I had to drill into the aluminum base (which is removable) to mount my motors.
